My family loves hot chocolate, especially on chilly days like today. This very rich, sweet hot chocolate is a perfect treat and dessert to warm up after a day of playing in the snow.
*Freeze any extras in a plastic freezer container so whenever you are sick you can thaw and reheat the homemade chicken soup, no cooking or canned soup necessary!

Ingredients: 1 eggplant Olive oil Fresh chopped basil (Daregal Gourmet works well) Panko bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste (sea salt and fresh cracked pepper are the best) Pasta sauce (see my Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce recipe HERE) 1
