This salsa relish sounds great. I sometimes like cilantro in salsa, but I’m a little skittish about it, esp don’t like it in any large amount! I’m excited to try this with mint! I love lentils, and haven’t yet tried these chips – they sound perfect!

I think all of them look delicious. I would think too with it being a bean product there would be a protein boost. I think the cucumber dill sounds rally good, very different.

You have some unusual ingredients for a salsa. One time my wife brought home a salsa made from sweet potatoes that was really good.
