I eat oatmeal for breakfast every morning. I prepare it on the cooktop, sometimes using a combination of steel cut and regular old fashioned oats. My favorite mixture lately has been dices apples, candied pecans, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup. I also like twists on blueberry pie, bananas foster and carrot cake.

Oh I love having it for breakfast! I love that these are gluten free. I was diagnosed with Celiac disease about 10 years ago now and have to eat gluten free.

The oat crust has an inviting crunchy look to it — can’t wait to try this with the sauce.
The crust appears to have adhered to the chicken very well. That is the one problem we have, with the crust falling off.
