While my oldest son enjoys bath time, I reached a road block when he decided he no longer liked getting the shampoo rinsed out of his hair. Apparently I didn’t rinse his hair the same as Daddy so he would cry and cry because he got water in his face. We received the Nuby Tear Free Rinse Pail to review in hopes of solving the bath time dilemma.
The Nuby Tear-Free Rinse Pail has a soft, flexible edge that conforms to your child’s head shape to prevent water and soap from dripping over Little One’s eyes, nose and mouth. The cup is easy to fill and easy to pour thanks to it’s slender shape and handy handle. Like other Nuby products, the Tear-Free Rinse Pail is BPA free so it is safe to use.
The rinse pail didn’t work for us as planned; however it did accomplished the desired results! I am guessing it is due to a combination of my son’s head shape, the pile of curls on the top of his head, the fact that he won’t sit still, and his sitting facing so I have to pour left-handed; but the water just pours right over and around the top of his head so not all of the shampoo rinses out. I have had to pour the water out like a regular cup so my son still gets soap and water in his face, but this cup is so much fun he doesn’t complain anymore. Mission accomplished! Just look at the smile on his face!
