  • 1 c frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 c frozen mango chunks (heaping cup)
  • 1/4 c frozen peach slices (heaping cup)
  • 1 c orange juice (pulp-free plus calcium is great)
  • 1/4 c pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp kale powder (try spinach powder!)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 drizzle honey (local/raw/organic is best)


  1. Place frozen fruits, then liquids, then the final 3 ingredients into your blender and blend together a minute or so, shake, then blend just a little longer until everything is smoothly blended. Serve cold.
