Quaker Instant Oatmeal Pancake Recipe

These quick and delicious pancakes are well-rounded and delicious. They are a great way to start the day and can even be enjoyed at lunch or dinner.


  • 1/2 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 packet of Quaker Instant Oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milk I used almond milk


  1. Mix all the ingredients together until wet. Be careful not to over-mix.
  2. Pour pancake mix onto greased and preheated skillet. I used about 1/3 cup of mix for each pancake.
  3. When the pancake begins to create bubbles on the top and the edges curl up slightly, a little brown, flip the pancake over.
  4. Continue cooking until cooked through.
  5. Serve warm! You can top these with cinnamon sugar, maple syrup, maple-flavored icing, powdered sugar, apple pie topping, or eat them plain!
