The bugs, especially mosquitoes, are terrible this time of year. I love spending time outdoors, having picnics, relaxing on the patio…but I am not a fan of insects ;flying into my food or around my head or getting bug bites.
As the warm weather rolls in, I like to create light recipes. One of my favorites for those hot spring and summer days is my Spring to Summer Couscous Salad. This is a simple and refreshing salad recipe
