Garden Fresh Pasta Salad

- 1 box Suddenly Salad Classic Pasta (including the sauce)
- ½ cup okra, sliced
- ½ cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and cut into quarters
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced in half longways
- ¾ cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half longways
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Prepare the sauce from the box according to the package instructions.
- As the noodles cook, prepare your vegetables and fruits so they are ready to mix in.
- Once the pasta is finished cooking and you've rinsed with cool water and drained according to the instructions, toss the pasta in with the sauce.
- Mix in the okra, green beans, chickpeas, cucumber, and olives.
- Fold in the tomatoes. The reason I did these after is because tomatoes fall apart more easily so I wanted to make sure they stay in tact.
- Gently stir in the apple cider vinegar.
- Serve room temperature or chilled.
