Garlic and Kale Hummus

Serves: 4
Simple and healthy dip or sandwich spread.
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained (reserve half to add in later)
  • ½ the liquid from the chickpeas
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced and roasted (or 2 teaspoons of minced garlic in a jar)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Activz Kale Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend 60 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Serve with your favorite vegetables or chips or spread onto a sandwich!
