Garlic and Kale Hummus

- 1 can chickpeas, drained (reserve half to add in later)
- ½ the liquid from the chickpeas
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced and roasted (or 2 teaspoons of minced garlic in a jar)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Activz Kale Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend 60 seconds or until smooth.
- Serve with your favorite vegetables or chips or spread onto a sandwich!
